2 months of gym, 3 x a week equals 24 workouts. Not exactly a massive workload.
CTS has tapped into the American belief that any fitness program has to have a gym component, otherwise it's just weird, and they are doing very nicely out of it.
I'm intrigued by "a lot of pros" followoign a gym program....got some names? Anyone who can log 700-1200km a week on the bike, eat, sleep and massage (perhaps even work?) ...and also find the time and energy to hit the gym is something special.
