Century Ride Support Question

I plan to ride a solo century soon. My wife will be always available via my cell phone. But I need to plan 'formal support points' (for lack of a better term).

Since this will be a late November (southern NC) event hydration problems will be moderate (assuming typical temperatures). I am thinking that two 'meeting points' will be adequate for purposes of replenishing water/electrolyte bottles and other nutrient issues. Do others see the need for more 'planned stops' here?

If it matters this will be a very rolling route (total 4K feet of climbing) with no serious climbs (and not much that is flat either).

Thanks.
