No one who knows and appreciates what a Miyata 1000 is. That is just a few. Most folks are just looking for a bike that works. No rear wheel, bike doesn't work. Great finds for you, because you do have that knowledge and appreciation.

People here are bike crazy. A 1000 would get a fair amount of love, regardless of condition.
But I hear what you are saying. Lots of folks wouldn't touch these older bikes I suppose.
