The actual Headlight. The Coroplast™ Box (a.k.a. Handlebar Basket) has a Lid made from a Polyethylene Cutting Board.

These are the Connectors that I have grown fond of using. I no longer solder, Nor do I use Crimp-On Connectors. These Twist Lock Connectors are far more reliable.Unfortunately, these are Not available in Europe.
