Interesting that you bring this up in this form. BY MY OWN INTENTION the two days prior to the century ride will be golf with a out of town, longtime buddy. I kind of owed him this, it was getting late in the season, and this timing was absolutely intentional. From a training perspective it was 'dead time' anyway. The morning of the three days before is optional from a training perspective.

While this will be 'cart golf' I have found that a round of walking vs. riding isn't that different anyway.
