With the certainty of global warming upon us and the clear inability of any goverment agency to take hold and do something about it, the temps will rise and disproportionately affect the southwest and Cali. It is already happening and it is only going to get worse. We are witnessing the desertification of our west and southwest. The temperate areas are moving north into Canada. It is a sad legacy for our children.
