Men's SELECT Thermal Barrier Jacket, 2013 - Pearl Izumi

The front is wind and waterproof, the back is more of a mesh to help reduce sweating. Having worn it on 1 ride so far, I am quite impressed. I think it is heavy enough to wear when layered with other things to keep me plenty comfortable in my climate.
