I suppose it will depend on your riding style, but the GP4s has such a better ride in my opinion... I have had equally good luck with 0 punctures with each and can attest to better grip with the GP4s but this may be due to the higher tpi.. I was comparing 25c. Rode the Gatorskins first for about 3500 and then replaced them with the GP4s and never looked back.
