Bikes: Waterford RST-22, Bob Jackson World Tour, Ritchey Breakaway Cross, Soma Saga, De Bernardi SL, Specialized Sequoia

Panaracer Pasela PTs (formerly called TGs) or Vittoria Voyager Hypers are both available in 32s and 35s, and with lighter-weight folding beads. Both would be excellent choices for your intended use.
