My scale only reads in pounds. It doesn't read in kilos at all. And I was too lazy to do the conversion when I did the post. So there.

I totally believe you. I've lost 10lbs in the last month and a half of cycling and watching my diet. I lost an unknown amount before that (I don't weigh myself very often) but quite a lot. 50+ lbs over the past year? I've had to take a knife and cut holes in belts that are fairly new and ones that are years old so that they'll cinch tight enough to fit my shrinking waistline. 255 going on 195.
I got a new 44" belt when I started commuting. I'm down to the fourth hole already. If I'm going to continue to wear it, I'm going to have to start punching holes in it. I think I'm actually going to return it to Costco and get the next smallest size down.
