Cover the seat carefully with a one gallon food storage bag. Then position the bag as well as possible, and cover it with a cheap bicycle seat cover. Tuck in the bag carefully and it won't show. You might find the bag moves after a while. If it does tape it to itself and pull it tight. It works well. A cheap grocery shopping bag will work, but they wear out after a while. No big deal, they are free.
