Due to after-work activities, I drive in on Monday. So on Mondays, I haul in the clothes for the week, along with fruit (usually bananas and apples, maybe oranges or seasonal fruit) and hard-boiled eggs. The fruit and eggs go in my lunch bag in the office refrigerator (not because I'm afraid of spoilage, I just like really cold fruit). The rest of the week I bring my sandwich in a snap-top container, carried in my trunk bag. I keep a small cutting board and paring knife (as well as a fork, spoon, and chop sticks for the rare occasion when I bring in something other than a sandwich) in my desk drawer. I also keep a dish cloth in my office for drying the dishes after lunch.
