Pack a lunchbox with sandwiches, yoghurt, oat based snack and a pork pie (fine English fare!), make the night before and chill it overnight. Also take small choc milkshake for when I get to work, I find that a little protein helps with keeping fatigue at bay. Can get fruit at work. All packs neatly next to my clothes in my backpack.
