I run Campy Chorus UT 10 speed Compact cranks )and chainrings). The chainrings are worn. Will 11sp chainrings work interchangeably, or do I need to get specific 10 speed chainrings. How about compatibility with Athena, Veloce, Centaur, etc. Are those interchangeable with Chorus?

Finally, would worn chainrings cause chain suck?
