Is Z Zero new for 2014/2015?
Slight difference in tube joining technique. Z1s are mitered and overwrapped with carbon that forms a sort of lug and compressed in a urethane mold that leaves a definite raised lug edge. Z0s use a more recent tubing design that tapers the tubes near the joints and when overwrapped with carbon they are compressed with a urethan mold that forms a smooth transition with no visible "lug" to the joints. Plus a bunch of other little details.

It's just sort of curious why Lance would choose the older/lesser model. They're both available in full custom geometries as well as stock.
