In my cube, I keep a glass dinner plate, large bowl, knife, fork and spoon and we have a kitchen with a washing sink so I don't need to carry anything like that. If I have to carry something in a container, it will generally be a plastic (light) container. Most of the time, I have veggies and hummus with a couple of apples and cheese. I tend to cut enough veggies for 2-3 days, bring enough apples for the same, hummus (bought) will last about a week and a 500gm/1lb block of sharp cheddar will also last a week. Mondays, I'll bring in a bunch of things but Tuesdays and Thursdays, I may have leftovers at work (in the kitchen fridge). I have a Bullet blender at work that I use to make my protein breakfast shake in the morning after I arrive, I'll bring the protein mix about once a month. Whatever lunch I bring, I will put it into a plastic bag in the bottom of my pannier so if it leaks, it won't be on my clothes which tend to be packed on top of the lunch bag.
Almost the same MO as me. Even the pound of cheese a week, and my wife wonders why I can't loose weight.
