I don't think they've changed anything on the Campy 110mm BCD cranks over the years. I know the 135mm comes in multiple configurations (irrelevant here, so I won't list them), but I think you are OK with a compact. The only thing to keep in mind is that Campy's "110" has one of the holes offset but this is easily filed into an oval in order to fit a standard compact ring.
10speed vs 11 speed shouldn't matter. The inner dimensions on Campy's 10 vs 11 speed chain is the same, anyways. The chain just got narrower on the outside to better fit the 11speed cog spacing.
