Looks like a bike way too small to me. Also a really weird fit. How can the seatpost height be so high and the stem reach so short? Doesn't make sense to me. You'd have to be like 70% legs and 30% torso for that...

Looks like an open frame to me. My guess it's a Hongfu FM015. These Dengfu/Hongfu frames are based on 2012 Trek Madone, FYI.

From HongFu I would have gone with the FM296. It's lighter, with 27.2 seatpost, tapered seattube, and more a open frame look to it, and less of a branded knockoff look.
