Thanks! I was also trying to decide to try and just use wifi there or just add global roaming capabilities for the trip. I think I'll just add the global roaming. As for the credit card thing, you can now purchase a pass online, so that's great. Silly American credit cards. Glad to hear the bikes are generally in good shape, and I think it is all of 8 Euros for a week. I'm confident I could get around anywhere but the wife says no.
