I like that they lump bicycles with slow-moving vehicles, rather than having a special code section for bicycles. It recognizes the possibility that bicycles are used for transportational purposes.
I find the whole "practicable" language interesting. It comes from the Model Uniform Traffic Code, and it is slowly being adopted by the states. It seems to be a piece of language that is deliberately written in such a way as to trap the unwary reader; a hasty reading would leave you with the impression that bikes are required to get out of the way of cars, when the reality is that it says the opposite. I wonder how many legislators who vote for it understand what it means.
