Decals look like early 1970s. Possibly pre-1973 or so since the ends of the downtube decals are square, not slanted. Black Nervex lugs at the head tube and the chrome on the stays are consistent with higher-end frames like Peugeot PX-10s.

Check out Testor's model paints for touch up. They have a French blue.

The decals are similar to mine, the right rear dropout has the thumb holder to center the rear wheel, the chrome on the rear stays and fork is similar to mine. The Campagnolo components are worth more then what you paid for the Peugeot PX10! My Peugeot PX10 Ser 1861223, check yours should be in the area. Mike

Thanks for the info. I'll go with 1970 to 1974 PX10, probably a 1971 as Mike said. I'm just glad that it is a PX10 with no sign of serious damage. Now to plan the restoration and rebuild.
