I'm not a fan because I'm not a fan of aero frames or the Venge. But there is nothing unusual about his bike. I don't get what you are seeing that makes you think it's more interesting than other bikes in this thread.
I think bmcphx's seatpost height makes his the most unusual looking bike in few pages of this thread I've read this week.
I'm not on top of all the make and model designs (pretty ignorant, actually, as you may have noticed), but know what you mean. I think the glossy black paint and lack of graphics, as well as the angle of the photo, really
enhance those features/oddities. There may be hundreds of instances of it around town (the Venge or whatever), and I'm sure I've seen them, but the model still stands out from other models, and this example seems to do so especially.
