Your best bet, I think, is an optometrist. A friend of mine is one, and as a cyclist he understands cyclists' particular wants and needs. My eyes are not good enough for Oakleys but he worked hard to optimize my glasses for seeing traffic, the bike computer (which I realized after the fact that it isn't that important to me), and not feeling woozy (due to bifocal type lenses).
We've discussed Oakleys and similar (he's a dealer for a few sports glasses). He said that optometrists can sometimes get a wider range of Rx versus what's advertised. I don't remember looking at Jawbones in particular but I'm pretty sure that some regular Oakleys can go to -6 or so. Last time I got glasses was a few years ago and I honestly don't remember.
Once you pay an optometrist for their expertise/sources once then you can replicate the lens/glasses as you wish.
As a bonus he can double/quadruple check your prescription. My optometrist friend has some laser gizmo and it took about a minute to figure out my eyes actually did get worse. I remember now, I went because I couldn't see my infant son's nails well enough to cut them, so that makes it 2 1/2 years ago.
Hope this helps.
