Honestly, because I don't know whether the rear frame is wide enough to move to a modern cassette and the idea of cold setting freaks me out just a little. I guess I should measure? I already own a Shimano lockring tool. I am assuming the only way to know if a cassette hub will fit is to pull out a ruler. Should I have to change the derailleur for that upgrade?
