I have been involved on both ends of a do the right thing transaction and its worked out. However, I am presently involved in a dispute that has been rather disturbing, whereas the buyer has delivered both verbal abuse and threats of physical violence despite offers of fully refunding the buyer. ebay doesn't really do much do curb this behavior. That's about all I can say for now.
