This is not eBays fault. If anything I would say you chose a poor place to have it delivered if any random human can sign for it and then they don't give it to you. Hopefully the seller will send it back to you but you are responsible for the shipping costs. If not he should refund the purchase price minus shipping. I have the opposite problem with super picky mailman that will only let the addressed person sign for a package. Not even my wife can sign for me. It is sad buut the sooner the USPS goes belly up the better.
