How do you know that they were properly inflated? If you are using a finger squeeze test, your hand might need a re-calibration! If you are using the gauge on the pump, don't trust it since you have had so many pinch flats. I've seen pumps read very high and very low. I owned one pump that read 25 PSI low and I was actually exceeding the recommended high pressure. If you use the same pump all the time, try using a different pump.

About the only other thing that you can do to avoid pinch flats it stop hitting things. Maybe look for smoother roads or trails to ride on.
