Ive been go out these past two Saturdays and the weather has been around 32 degrees. So far I've been using UA coldtech long pants and long sleeve shirt as thermo barriers, my regular cycling short bib, a hoodie, running pants, a jersey over my hoodie, a thermo skullie and thermo earmuffs. I have light snowboarding park gloves which have been replaced by wool mittens that you can get your finger tips out of. It hadn't been too bad but my toes and head are still getting cold. I just picked up some boot covers and a water proof helmet cover to help with that and I'll report back on how those hold up.
