The photo looks pretty good, but the rider might still be leaning a little.
I've seen two riders crash when crossing RR tracks that are angled to the road.
They swung out into the lane so they could turn and cross at 90 degrees to the tracks. But they were still leaned into the turn when the front wheel crossed the first rail.
Even though the wheel was 90 degrees to the rail, it instantly slid out from the sideways force of the turn. They would start their turn about where the dark asphalt strip is located in the photo.
So now, if the angle isn't "too" much, and the tracks are "reasonably" level: I just stay straight on the road, with enough speed to cross the track while coasting, and make sure I'm centered and balanced on the bike.
On very bumpy or acute angle tracks, I start the turn to 90 degrees as far ahead as possible, so I'm back upright when crossing the rails. The photo shows a "too acute" track.
