Kreitler rollers with headwind fan, found on craigslist for bargain price. I have a fork stand, too, but I don't use it since I like to work on smooth pedal motion and having to pay attention on the rollers helps with the monotony of "riding" indoors. The weather is nice enough where I live (SF Bay Area), that I don't use the trainer/rollers very often.
And +1 to cycling shorts on the trainer/rollers.
