The first photo that I included at 2.10pm shows two lamp brackets and one has the letter L seemingly alone. The guy who sold me the frame didn't know if either of them was from this frame but I've since bought them anyway.
I'm not convinced that the frame is a Lygie; although there may be similarities, but that applies to several manufacturers.
I have been looking at Galleria Restauri [on Google] for clues and these have caught my attention :- Spira 1935, GB Sport.
I'm also wonderig about Malaguti.
I'm certain that the fork crown is a strong clue. It appears to have the horizontal slot combined with a shield and two crude circular cut-outs. The small circular discs on the end of the "stalks" top and bottom on the front of the crown must be another clue, as is the low-slung rear brake. This photo is of a Malaguti.
