Make sure the bead is seated evenly on your wheels/tires. This may seem simple, but if you have a new tire sitting on the ground when you inflate it the first time, it can sometimes cause a low spot where the tire was pressed against the wheel with no pressure in it. You may not notice it on the road, and imperfections in the road will usually sort this out in short order, but I don't know if rollers will or not. Try letting all the air out of if and pop the bead lose, lay the wheel flat so it isn't sitting on the tire, then inflate to 10 psi and press on both sides of the tire all the way around the rim, then inflate to desired pressure.
You may have done this before, but if not, it could be the issue.
