From the vid., not very many people in the cars cared that there was a guy lying in the street. The cyclist that hit him must have been drunk, high, stupid, (you name it) to have hit someone standing still on a street corner. Then left the scene of an accident, almost running into a car in the "middle" of the intersection. Hope they catch/caught the guy.
