Speaking of same....
When I built a bike with DA 9000 as a departure from Campy, I build with Ultegra 6800 brakes and just loved them. Best brakes I have ridden.
I didn't feel the same love for DA 9000 mostly because I feel that Campy has more comfortable hoods and I prefer the shifting 'method' of Campy...Shimano shift quality is just fine. So when I reinstalled with Campy, I kept the Ultegra 6800 brakes. For all intents the pull ratio of Shimano Ultegra 6800/DA 9000 levers is identical to Campy UltraShift 10s or 11s levers. Love this combination even though the drapes don't match the curtains. The Ultegra 6800 brakes are beautifully designed...have the best adjustability and modulation, least amount of flex...very low profile for aerodynamics...love 'em.
