Yep. The relative speed of a bike over a pedestrian makes it all the more dangerous. It's gets worse if there are parked cars obscuring the view of the speeding cyclist. In Philly, if you ride your bike through a crosswalk you are considered a vehicle. If you dismount and walk your bike, you are considered a pedestrian with the right of way.
