Yep. No reason why you can't buy a cheap set of all three, and swap them out depending on your application.
Exactly what I did. Even thought I liked one for sure. Tried the next and was more happy. I run drops on one of my bikes and horns on the other.
Bar cruiser bike has horns and the bike I put the most miles on has drops.
