FYI, as an experiment, I swapped wheels today with a wheel from my Trek 510 frame that's set up for touring. This wheel has a 13-15-17-20-26-32 6-speed freewheel and the Trek I usually ride it on has a Cyclone GT long cage rear derailleur. Much to my surprise, the Campy Super Record 2nd Gen rear derailleur handled this big freewheel with my stock Super Record Crankset. There was some noise and rubbing when shifting from the 26 to 32 cog when I was on the big 53T chain wheel (my Super Record Crank is running 42/53), but the rear derailleur consistently made the shift under load. When on the smaller 42T chain wheel, the shifts were totally clean. While I wouldn't want to run for a long period on the 53T front and the 32T rear, I'd say that the combo is useable with the 2nd Gen Campy Super Record rear, even though it's spec'd to run up to a 30T cog
While I don't plan on using this wheel or this 13-32 freewheel on the Tommasini generally, It's good to know it works in a pinch if I ever really need some major hill gearing for a specific ride with major climbs.
