That all being said in the warmer months or if you have the proper winter gear for such things, get a hammock. It is a chair, a bed, and the best way to camp. No back pain or pressure points (unless you hang it too low) and sometimes a nice little rocking if you should want it. Sleep like a baby.
Just make sure you try it at home first. Turns out I don't like hammocks at all and can't sleep in them. Found this out the hard way on a vacation where it was supposed to be my bed for several days. I sleep on my side and this seemed to be impossible in a hammock. Made for some miserable nights and some exhausted days.

Hammocks aren't for everyone.
