the cost of the r785 shifters were something like $500 Canadian. My lbs doesn't charge me for any service.
i had the 6770 rd and fd already, but I had chain suck issues. So I've decided to go single chainring and a 6870 rd to finally use the 11 spd.
di2 is slightly a little heavier if you use the external battery. It's because the external bat is twice as heavy as the internal and the battery mount is pretty heavy. If you go internal di2 is lighter then it's mechanical equivalent.
yeah once you try electronic, I doubt you'll very want to go back.
I'll take your word for it, no worries. Just odd that Giant lists the 2014 as blue/red and the 2015 as blue/orange in the full spec sections. Probably so close it's hard to tell when you see them in person.
