Weird weather this morning, it was 55 when I woke up at 5 AM and then 49 when I left the house at 6:20. West winds 15 MPH gusting to 25 made for some hard segments where I was heading west. Luckily my commute is mostly south. I was dressed perfectly, too, which was nice.

I tried one of the alternate routes that will become permanent when this one road/bridge on my morning route closes for good, and it was NOT a good route. Good bit out of the way and an additional big hill to deal with. I tried a different way last Thursday morning which also wasn't good. So I'll try the 3rd and final alternate route later this week, which I think is going to end up being my choice.
