Bikes: 2014 Cannondale Synapse 105, 2014 specialized Tricross

Just picked up a new Tri-Cross (triple) on sale - Can I convert it to disc?

Hey all,

As above, I just brought home a Spec Tri-cross triple (2014) I bought at a decent price from my LBS. Having bought a road bike with Disc brakes (2014 synapse, which is flat out the best bike I've ever owned) at the end of the summer, I've fallen in love with Disc brakes. They didn't have any of the Tri-cross disc left, (and anyways didn't like the MSRP of them when making my decision anyways) but have realized just how much more I like the extra braking power (not to mention braking when the tri-cross is loaded and it's raining is a nightmare). Can I add disc brakes to the frame? If so, any idea of what it would run all together?. For the record the BB5 discs on my Cannondale do a fantastic job.
