I really need to see the other side of the rear triangle, but it doesn't look like you have disk brake mounts on your frame. Unless someone knows a good kludge I haven't heard of, the answer is no.

Running disk front (after changing fork) and rim grabber rear isn't a bad setup IMHO. I've a friend who has toured all of the place with an SS coupling-equipped LHT set up like this.
Hmm that's too bad. Here's a picture of the other side just to confirm:



I guess I could always replace the front forks and add one set of disc brakes - it doesn't sound like a BAD idea and it could only improve things.. I've got interrupter levers, do you think it would create much extra work - or would it just be a matter of some longer cables?
