I have the bigger version of that bag and was unhappy with the Topeak mounting hardware. I eventually replaced it with a
Velo Orange decaleur and lowered the bag so that its weight was resting on my front rack.
I never understood the attraction of handlebar bags that put weight high and cantilevered off the stem other than you could see it. it's obvious that it makes front handling sloppy.
