New Shoes For My Winter Commuter
So my "winter" bike needs some new tires (quotes since I live in California, so "winter" generally involves occasional rain, and temps down into the low 30s deg F - once in a while into the 20s, but not often). Puncture resistance is fairly high on the priority list since I really don't like changing tires in the dark, cold, or rain. I currently ride Continental GP4000 with a Tuffy liner inside. I'm thinking of switching over to Marathon Plus or Continental Gatorskin Hardshell, but am open to suggestions. Preferences? Recommendations?
Currently on 700x23, looking to move up to 700x25 (since I'm not convinced I have clearance for a 700x28).
