Picked it up across the hall at paceline. I have always wanted a Mtn Goat mtb and never had the opportunity to get a mtb or a Road version for that matter. I plan on getting some nice tan walled tires, the current tires are mismatched 25's, may see if 27's will work. I have a black Brooks saddle and need some nice black leather bar tape. If you can fit the Compass Chinook Pass tires, I would go for it.
Compass has a great tire going and they really bring out the performance in a bike. Spendy, but I think it's worth it for a nice bike.

I have some on order for my Merckx allroader and I will let you know what I think about it.
I have yet to fall in love with leather tape in the wet. Too slippery for my tastes.
