The Shimano crank is probably just a hair lighter and I prefer Shimano to just about anything FSA. The Gossamer will have very little used resale value.

Edited: double-checking the web: the FSA bearings you have will probably work with the shimano crank, but if you have shimano bearings, I suggest using them.
