I have used the 3d eye with the plastic clamp that attaches to the visor and found it to be quite useful. There are two other versions I think, one that glues to the helmet and one that clamps to eyeglass frames. The visor clamp stays where you put it and I have two, in continuous use for the past 5yrs.
