As long as it feels/fits right and is in good mechanical shape, you can't really go wrong with that bike. The price and specs puts it right in between a competition-grade cyclocross bike (Like the Specialized Crux or Giant TCX), and an all-purpose 'gravel bike' (like the Giant Anyroad or Fuji Sportif). Cannondale also makes the Synapse Disc- same MSRP, same grade/weight of aluminum frame and parts, but with a relaxed/upright 'endurance' fit frame.
