Depending on the temp, I'll use one or a combination of these; light to heavy weight base layers or thermal long sleeve cycling shirts. For cold weather at freezing and below, either a fleece shirt or jacket works well along with a base layer.
Thanks. Based on your comments I purchased the jacket. I had been looking but was undecided. Got the beanie hat too. I will probably limit my winter cycling to nice sunny days and no lower than ~32 deg.f. but who knows? I might enjoy it and try lower temps.
