For the cost, the jacket really is a good buy, hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I have two of them, one yellow, the other red.

Having the right gear makes cycling in cold weather actually enjoyable. Still, I prefer to ride with temps above 32F, even better with the sun, so I'm with you there. In Oregon where I live, that's not to difficult since we have more days above freezing then below.
